迟发性膀胱阴道瘘一例

摘　　要：目的了解迟发性膀胱阴道瘘的相关临床诊治经过。方法报道一例迟发性膀胱阴道瘘的患者的诊治情况,本例患者术前被不规则阴道流液困扰3年,完善相关检查及手术证实为简单型迟发性膀胱阴道瘘,通过患者的预后,反思诊治经过,以提高临床医生对症状不明显,迟发性阴道瘘的防范意识。结果本例患者诊断明确,行经阴道膀胱阴道瘘修补术后,预后良好,未见严重并发症的发生。结论迟发性膀胱阴道瘘是指那些临床症状不明显,术中未发现、术后短时间内未出现漏尿症状的膀胱阴道瘘,临床上很少见,我们需要加强对迟发性膀胱阴道瘘的认识,及时的做出正确的诊断,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,改善患者的预后。Objective To understand the clinical diagnosis and treatment of delayed vesicovaginal fistula.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of a patient with delayed vesicovaginal fistula was reported.This patient was troubled by irregular vaginal discharge for 3 years before operation,and it was proved to be delayed vesicovaginal fistula by improving relevant examination and operation.Through the prognosis of the patient,the diagnosis and treatment process was reflected,so as to improve the clinician's awareness of prevention of delayed vaginal fistula with inconspicuous symptoms.Results The diagnosis of this patient was clear.After transvaginal repair of vesicovaginal fistula,the prognosis was good and no serious complications occurred.Conclusion Delayed vesicovaginal fistula refers to those vesicovaginal fistulae which have no obvious clinical symptoms,are not found during operation and have no symptoms of urine leakage in a short time after operation.It is rare in clinic.We need to strengthen our understanding of delayed vesicovaginal fistula,make a correct diagnosis in time,and achieve early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment to improve the prognosis of patients.
