摘　　要：目的分析2018—2022年北京市海淀区女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的流行病学特点,为制订防控策略提供依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中选取2018—2022年女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染病例资料,分析女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的流行病学特点。结果2018—2022年北京市海淀区报告女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染1761例,职业类型中占比最高为家务及待业(40.2%),年龄主要分布在20~40岁(87.7%),发病到诊断间隔时间集中在0~14 d(81.7%)。结论建议北京市海淀区加强对重点人群生殖道沙眼衣原体的筛查,并加大防病知识的宣传,进一步提升医院诊疗服务水平。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of female genital tract Chlamydia Trachomatis infection of Haidian District in Beijing from 2018 to 2022,and to provide evidence for the development of prevention and control strategies.Methods The epidemiological data of female genital Chlamydia Trachomatis infection from 2018 to 2022 were collected from the China Information System for Disease Control and Prevention,and the epidemiological characteristics of female genital Chlamydia trachomatis infection were analyzed.Results From 2018 to 2022,1761 cases of female genital tract Chlamydia Trachomatis infection were reported in Haidian District of Beijing.The occupational type accounted for the highest proportion(40.2%),the age was mainly distributed in 20-40 years old(87.7%),and the interval between onset and diagnosis was concentrated in 0-14 days(81.7%).Conclusion It is suggested that Beijing Haidian District should strengthen the screening of genital Chlamydia Trachomatis in key populations,increase the publicity of disease prevention knowledge,and further improve the level of hospital diagnosis and treatment.
