摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜不同应用时机对病毒性肺炎患儿的治疗效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年1月滨州市中心医院儿科收治的86例病毒性肺炎患儿,按照治疗时机不同分为研究组(n=45)与对照组(n=41),对照组患儿病程≥10 d,研究组患儿病程<10 d,均给予纤维支气管镜治疗,对比两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间及肺功能。结果研究组治疗总有效率(95.56%)较对照组(78.05%)更高(P<0.05)。研究组发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音、喘息缓解时间较对照组更短(P<0.05)。治疗后两组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)均提高(P<0.05),且研究组FEV1、FVC较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论病毒性肺炎患儿及早进行纤维支气管镜治疗能够提高临床疗效,促进临床症状缓解,改善患儿肺功能。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of fiber bronchoscope on children with viral pneumonia at different application timing.Methods A total of 86 children with viral pneumonia who were admitted to Department of Pediatrics of Binzhou Central Hospital from August 2022 to January 2023 were selected,and divided into the study group(n=45)and the control group(n=41)by the time of treatment.The course of the children in the control group was≥10 days,and the course of the children in the study group was<10 days.All of them were treated with fiber bronchoscope.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time and pulmonary function of the two groups were compared.Results In comparision of the control group(78.05%),the total effective rate of treatment in the study group(95.56%)was higher(P<0.05).In comparision of the control group,the relief time for fever,cough,lung rales,and wheezing in the study group was shorter(P<0.05).After treatment,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in both groups increased(P<0.05),and in comparision of the control group,FEV1 and FVC in the study group were higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Early treatment with fiber bronchoscope can improve the clinical efficacy of children with viral pneumonia,promote the remission of clinical symptoms,and improve the pulmonary function of children.
