间苯三酚联合盐酸曲马多缓释片在绝经后取环术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨间苯三酚联合盐酸曲马多缓释片在绝经后取环术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年12月至2022年11月邹城市太平镇卫生院计划生育科收治的78例绝经后接受取环术的患者,根据就诊先后顺序分为对照组(39例)与观察组(39例)。对照组予以米索前列醇联合盐酸曲马多缓释片,观察组予以间苯三酚联合盐酸曲马多缓释片。比较两组宫颈软化情况、围手术期相关指标及取环效果。结果观察组宫颈软化率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各围手术期相关指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组取环率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合盐酸曲马多缓释片应用于绝经后取环术中可有效软化宫颈,减少术中出血量及疼痛感,缩短手术时长,有利于节育环的顺利取出,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of Phloroglucinol combined with Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in postmenopausal removal of intrauterine contraceptive device.Methods A total of 78 postmenopausal patients who underwent removal of intrauterine contraceptive device admitted to the Department of Family Planning of Taiping Town Health Center of Zoucheng City from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(39 cases)and the observation group(39 cases)according to the order of treatment.The control group was given Misoprostol combined with Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets,and the observation group was given Phloroglucinol combined with Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets.The cervical softening,perioperative relevant indexe and removal effect of intrauterine contraceptive device were compared between the two groups.Results The cervical softening rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The perioperative relevant indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The removal rate of intrauterine contraceptive device in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Phloroglucinol combined with Tramadol Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets in postmenopausal removal of intrauterine contraceptive device can effectively soften cervix,reduce intraoperative blood los s and pain,s horten operation time,and is conducive to the s mooth removal of intrauterine contraceptive device,which has clinical promotion value.
