摘 要:目的探讨家长互补式健康教育模式在儿童发热中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月北京大学首钢医院儿科收治的156例发热患儿,根据随机数字表法分为观察组(78例)、对照组(78例)。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施家长互补式健康教育模式。比较两组家长对儿童发热相关知识知晓优良率、退热时间与哭闹频率、护理满意度。结果观察组家长对儿童发热相关知识的知晓优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组退热时间短于对照组,哭闹频率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家长互补式健康教育模式应用于儿童发热护理,能够提高家长对儿童发热相关知识的知晓率,缩短退热时间,降低哭闹频率,提高护理满意度,可推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of parent complementary health education model in children with fever.Methods A total of 156 children with fever admitted to the Department of Pediatrics,Peking University Shougang Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into observation group(78 cases)and control group(78 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given parent complementary health education model on the basis of the control group.The awareness excellent and good rate of parents’fever-related knowledge of children,fever remission time and crying frequency,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness excellent and good rate of parents’fever-related knowledge of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The fever remission time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the frequency of crying was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of parent complementary health education model in the nursing of children with fever can improve the awareness rate of parents’fever-related knowledge of children,shorten fever remission time,reduce the frequency of crying,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion and application.
