优质护理在布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理在布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎中的应用效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年8月中国人民解放军陆军第八十集团军医院收治的100例小儿急性喉炎患儿,采用随机抽签法分为对照组、观察组,每组各50例。均给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组临床总有效率(98.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状消失时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率(2.00%)低于对照组(16.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理用于布地奈德雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿急性喉炎中,有助于提高临床疗效,缩短临床症状消失时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing in the adjuvant treatment of acute laryngitis in children with Budesonide aerosol inhalation.Methods A total of 100 children with acute laryngitis admitted to the 80th Group Military Hospital of Chinese People’s Liberation Army from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.All children were given Budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given high quality nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(2.00%)was lower than that in the control group(16.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in the adjuvant treatment of children with acute laryngitis by Budesonide aerosol inhalation is helpful to improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of complica tions,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
