循证护理模式在腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨循证护理模式在腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者护理中的应用。方法选取2021年7月至2022年12月滨州市中心医院妇科收治的60例腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组与实验组,每组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,实验组采用循证护理模式。比较两组生活质量、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果实验组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,实验组视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理模式在腹壁切口子宫内膜异位症患者护理中的应用可有效改善患者疼痛程度,能提高患者生活质量及护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of evidence-based nursing model in the nursing of patients with abdominal wall incision endometriosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with abdominal wall incision endometriosis admitted to the Department of Gynecology of Binzhou Central Hospital from July 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the lottery method,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the experimental group adopted evidence-based nursing.The quality of life,pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the visual analogue scale score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing model in the nursing of patients with abdominal wall incision endometriosis can effectively improve the pain degree of patients,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of promotio n and application.
