个性化护理改善上呼吸道感染患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理改善上呼吸道感染患者的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年8月枝江市人民医院呼吸内科与重症医学科收治的上呼吸道感染患者110例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各55例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化护理。比较两组患者临床效果、护理质量、依从性及护理满意度。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。观察组咽痛消失、咳嗽消失、退热及鼻塞消失时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组护理依从性评分与护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:对上呼吸道感染患者实施个性化护理模式可有效提高患者护理满意度,改善护理质量,加快康复进程。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of individualized nursing on the improvement of patients with upper respiratory tract infection.Methods:A total of 110 patients with upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care in Zhijiang People′s Hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized nursing.The clinical effect,nursing quality,compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).The time for the disappearance of sore throat,cough,fever and nasal congestion in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing compliance score and nursing satisfaction score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The individualized nursing model for patients with upper respiratory tract infection can effectively improve patient satisfaction and nursing quality,and speed up the rehabilitation process.
