摘　　要：滞针是一种针刺异常情况,临床中,针灸医生将滞针作为一种治疗手段,以加强针感、提高针刺疗效,在临床应用广泛。该文作者通过查阅相关文献,总结了滞针术的发展过程、滞针术的形态学及物理学研究、滞针术的操作方法及现代临床应用。The needle sticking is one of the abnormal acupuncture conditions.In clinic,acupuncturists apply needle sticking as a therapeutic means to strengthen the needle sensation and improve the curative effect of needle sticking,and it is widely applied in clinical practice.Through consulting relevant literature,the author summarizes the development process,morphology and physics research,operation method and modern clinical application of needle sticking.
