超声监护联合米索前列醇应用于人工流产手术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声监护联合米索前列醇应用于人工流产手术中的效果。方法:选取2022年1—6月于伊丽莎白妇产医院接受人工流产的260例孕妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各130例。两组均进行常规术前护理、麻醉等处理。观察组术前2 h口服米索前列醇片600μg,术中实施腹部超声监护;对照组不做任何干预。结果:观察组子宫颈扩张总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:超声监护联合米索前列醇应用于人工流产手术中的效果显著,能够提高孕妇子宫颈扩张效果,减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To explore the effect of ultrasound monitoring combined with misoprostol in artificial abortion surgery.Methods:A total of 260 pregnant women who received artificial abortion in Elizabeth Women's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 130 cases in each group.Both groups underwent routine preoperative nursing and anesthesia.In the observation group,the patients took misoprostol tablets 600μg orally at 2 h before surgery,and received abdominal ultrasound monitoring during surgery.In the control group,no intervention was given.Results:The total effective rate of cervical dilation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Ultrasound monitoring combined with misoprostol has a significant effect in artificial abortion surgery,it can improve the effect of cervical dilation,reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten the operation time,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
