当归饮子内服联合自拟润燥止痒方煎汤熏洗治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨当归饮子内服联合自拟润燥止痒方煎汤熏洗治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月北京市海淀区万寿路社区卫生服务中心收治的120例血虚风燥型慢性湿疹患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予当归饮子内服联合自拟润燥止痒方煎汤熏洗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组皮损面积、瘙痒与睡眠质量、皮损严重程度评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:当归饮子内服联合自拟润燥止痒方煎汤熏洗治疗血虚风燥型慢性湿疹的效果显著,结合了中药内治与外治两方面的优势,能缓解患者临床症状,减少不良反应。Objective:To explore the effect of angelica decoction oral administration combined with self-prepared moisturizing dryness and anti-itching recipe decoction fumigation and washing therapy for chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic eczema of blood deficiency and wind dryness type who were admitted to Beijing Haidian District Wanshou Road Community Health Service Center from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with angelica decoction oral administration combined with self-prepared moisturizing dryness and anti-itching recipe decoction fumigation and washing.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the skin lesion area,itching and sleep quality,and skin lesion severity scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Angelica decoction oral administration combined with self-prepared moisturizing dryness and anti-itching recipe decoction fumigation and washing has a significant effect in the treatment of chronic eczema with blood deficiency and wind dryness type,combines the advantages of internal treatment and external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,it can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce adverse reactions.
