加味桂枝茯苓汤联合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性期的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味桂枝茯苓汤联合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性期的效果。方法:选取2019年6月—2021年6月商河县中医医院收治的72例慢性肺源性心脏病急性期患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用加味桂枝茯苓汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、血气指标、心功能指标。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。治疗后,两组氧分压、血氧饱和度均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组;两组二氧化碳分压均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左室射血分数、二尖瓣血流最大流速E峰与A峰比值水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味桂枝茯苓汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性期的效果显著,可改善患者血气指标及心功能,建议推广。Objective:To explore the effect of modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of acute stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2021,72 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease at acute stage who were admitted to Shanghe County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood gas indexes and cardiac function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.004).After treatment,the partial pressure of oxygen and blood oxygen saturation in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction and the ratio of mitral valve peak velocity E peak to A peak in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The modified Guizhi Fuling Decoction has significant effect in the treatment of acute stage of chronic pulmonary heart disease,it can improve the blood gas index and cardiac function of patients.It is recommended for promotion.
