摘　　要：目的:探讨针对性护理在有机磷农药中毒患者洗胃过程中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月—2022年2月贵州航天医院收治的50例有机磷农药中毒急诊洗胃患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施针对性护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组首次洗胃时间及住院时间均短于对照组,洗胃液量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组呼吸或心搏骤停、消化道黏膜损伤、患者抓伤护士发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.047)。护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。护理后,观察组心理、生理、环境舒适度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:针对性护理在有机磷农药中毒患者洗胃过程中的应用效果显著,可缩短患者首次洗胃时间、住院时间,减少洗胃液用量,降低不良事件发生风险,改善患者心理状态及舒适度。Objective:To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning during gastric lavage.Methods:A total of 50 patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning who received emergency gastric lavage in Guizhou Aerospace Hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The first gastric lavage time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of gastric lavage liquid in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of respiratory or cardiac arrest,gastrointestinal mucosal injury,and scratch injury of nurses in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P=0.047).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After nursing,the psychological,physiological and environmental comfort scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application effect of targeted nursing in the process of gastric lavage in patients with organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is remarkable,which can shorten the first gastric lavage time and hospital stay,reduce the amount of gastric lavage liquid,reduce the risk of adverse events,and improve the psychological state and comfort of patients.
