摘　　要：目的:分析不同职责手术室护士护理中断事件培训情况及效果。方法:选取2021年12月—2022年2月东台市95名手术室护士作为研究对象,其中办公护士30名,洗手护士40名,巡回护士25名。分析不同职责手术室护士护理中断事件培训情况,比较不同职责护士护理中断事件培训前后心理韧性、职业认同、岗位胜任力、手术室护理中断事件认知水平。结果:95名护士中,60名(63.15%)接受过培训,多数护士每年仅接受1次培训,培训方式多为医院科室自行组织。培训后,办公护士、洗手护士、巡回护士的心理韧性、职业认同、岗位胜任力、手术室护理中断事件认知水平评分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同职责手术室护士护理中断事件培训现状存在一定不足,可提高手术室护士系统化培训频率,从而提升护士岗位胜任力及认知水平。Objective:To analyze the nursing interruption event training and effect for operating room nurses with different responsibilities.Methods:From December 2021 to February 2022,95 operating room nurses in Dongtai City were selected as the study subjects,including 30 office nurses,40 scurb nurses and 25 circulating nurses.The training of nursing interruption events of operating room nurses with different responsibilities was analyzed.The psychological resilience,career identity,post competence,and cognitive level of nursing interruption events in the operating room before and after training of nursing interruption events of nurses with different responsibilities were compared.Results:Among the 95 nurses,60 nurses(63.15%)have received training,and most nurses received training only once a year,and most of the training methods were organized by the hospital departments.After training,the scores of psychological resilience,career identity,post competence,and cognitive level of nursing interruption events in the operating room by office nurses,scurb nurses and circulating nurses were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are certain deficiencies in the training status of nursing interruption events among nurses in operating room with different responsibilities.It is necessary to increase the frequency of systematic training for operating room nurses,so as to enhance nurses'post competence and cognitive level.
