摘　　要：针对超临界火电机组仿真系统精度不够高的问题,以锅炉汽水系统单相受热面动态模型为研究对象,在给汽水系统单相受热面建立集总参数模型的同时,采用了一种惯性补偿的方法对模型进行修正,从而优化动态模型的算法,让模型能够很好的逼近分布参数对象特性,使模型的动态和静态精度都达到工程要求。依托MSP多学科仿真开发平台,建立超临界机组锅炉汽水系统模型,根据仿真结果发现,该模型仿真结果与设计数据能够有较好的吻合,并且相对误差均控制在技术范围内;在全工况仿真过程中具有较高的精度,动态响应合理,能够很好的反应实际对象的动态特性。Aiming at the accuracy problem of supercritical thermal power unit simulation system,This article begins with the Dynamic model of single phase heating surface in boiler steam water system as a research object,A method of inertia compensation is used to modify the model to optimize the the dynamic model’s algorithm,so that the model can well approximate the characteristics of the distributed parameter object,and the dynamic and static accuracy of the model can meet the engineering requirements.Based on MSP multidisciplinary simulation and development platform,The boiler water system of supercritical unit is established.According to the simulation results,it is found that the simulation results of the model are in good agreement with the design data,and the relative errors are controlled within the technical range.In the process of full working condition simulation,it has high accuracy,reasonable dynamic response,and can reflect the dynamic characteristics of actual objects well.
