摘 要:针对电容式电压互感器(Capacitor Voltage Transformers,CVT)谐波测量存在畸变的问题,研究CVT的谐波传递特性显得尤为重要。文章构建CVT传递函数,利用MATLAB软件搭建CVT高频模型,分析了CVT内部参数值的变化对谐波传递特性的影响。文章仿真分析幅频曲线和相频曲线,发现补偿电抗器杂散电容、中间变压器一次侧绕组的杂散电容的变化对CVT谐波传递特性的影响很大,中间变压器一、二次侧绕组间耦合电容和阻尼器电阻值的变化对CVT谐波传递特性基本无影响。仿真结果为CVT谐波测量误差校正和CVT的制造设计提供了指导依据。In view of the distortion problem in harmonic measurement of CVT,it was particularly important to study the harmonic transmission characteristics of CVT.In this paper,the CVT transfer function was constructed,the high-frequency model of CVT was built by MATLAB software,and the influence of the change of internal parameters on the harmonic transmission characteristics was analyzed.In this paper,the amplitude-frequency curve and phase-frequency curve were simulated and analyzed.It was found that the change of stray capacitance of compensating reactor and stray capacitance of primary side winding of intermediate transformer had great influence on harmonic transmission characteristics of CVT,while the change of coupling capacitance between primary and secondary side winding of intermediate transformer and the resistance value of damper had little influence on harmonic transmission characteristics of CVT.The simulation results provided guidance for harmonic measurement error correction and manufacturing design of CVT.
