摘  要:图书馆履行自身教育职能与信息使命,积极提供全民数字素养教育,对于促进全民数字素养水平提升、弥合数字鸿沟具有重要意义。本文基于新4C法则,考虑图书馆开展数字素养教育的现实因素,构建包含“场景、社群、内容、连接”四维度的图书馆短视频数字素养教育模式,助力图书馆数字素养教育取得实效进展。针对模式四维度,从提高场景适配度、提高社群黏合度、严控内容质量、强化连接网络四方面推动图书馆短视频数字素养教育模式实施。Libraries perform their own educational functions and information missions,and actively provide digital literacy education for the entire population,which is of great practical significance for promoting the digital literacy level of the entire population and bridging the digital gap.Based on the new 4C rules and taking into account the practical factors of digital literacy education in libraries,this paper constructs the library short video digital literacy education model that includes four dimensions of"context,community,content and connection"to help library digital literacy education achieve practical progress.Aiming at the four dimensions of the education model,the implementation of library short video digital literacy education model should be promoted from four aspects:improving context adaptation,improving community cohesion,strictly controlling content quality,and strengthening connection network.
