腹腔镜与传统开腹手术对子宫肌瘤术后患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨传统开腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗子宫肌瘤对患者生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析60例子宫肌瘤患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为开腹组和腹腔镜组各30例。开腹组采用传统开腹手术治疗,腹腔镜组采用腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术。分析2种术式对患者术后生活质量的影响。结果腹腔镜组患者术后6个月生活质量综合问卷中心理功能、躯体功能、社会功能和物质生活评分高于开腹组(P<0.05);腹腔镜组术后并发症发生率(16.67%)低于开腹组(40.00%)(P<0.05)。结论与传统开腹术式比较,腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗子宫肌瘤能够有效减少患者术后并发症发生,提升其生活质量。Objective To investigate the changes of quality of life after traditional laparotomy and laparoscopy for uterine fibroids.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with uterine fibroids were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into traditional laparotomy group and laparoscopy group,with 30 cases in each group.The traditional laparotomy group was treated with traditional laparotomy,and the laparoscopic group was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy.The effects of the two surgical methods on postoperative quality of life were analyzed.Results The scores of psychological function,physical function,social function and material life in the comprehensive questionnaire of postoperative quality of life in the laparoscopic group were higher than those in the traditional laparotomy group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the laparoscopic group(16.67%)was lower than that in the traditional laparotomy group(40.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional laparotomy,laparoscopic myomectomy for uterine fibroids can effectively reduce postoperative complications,improve their quality of life.
