摘　　要：目的:探究改良冠延长术并桩核冠在上颌前牙冠根折修复中的临床效果。方法:选取2020年9月—2022年6月桂林医学院附属口腔医院收治的上颌前牙冠根折的成人患者7例(9颗牙)作为研究对象,所有患者采用改良冠延长术并结合桩核冠修复。检查并记录患者术后4周和6个月牙周探诊深度、菌斑指数、出血指数及松动度。结果:7例患者术后4周和6个月的探诊深度、菌斑指数、出血指数较术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月患者自诉牙齿功能良好,美学效果及功能效果评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:对于上颌前牙冠根折患者,采用改良冠延长术并桩核冠修复是保存牙齿的有效方法,可提高美观度与功能满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of improved crown lengthening combined with post-core crown in the restoration of maxillary anterior crown root fracture.Methods:A total of seven adult patients(9 teeth)with maxillary anterior crown root fracture admitted to Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Guilin Medical College from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects,All patients were treated with improved crown lengthening combined with post-core crown restoration.The probing depth,plaque index,bleeding index and mobility of the patients were examined and recorded at 4 weeks and 6 weeks after surgery.Results:The probing depth,plaque index and bleeding index of 7 patients at 4 weeks and 6 months after operation were significantly improved compared with those before operation,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Six months after the operation,the patients reported good dental function,aesthetic effect and functional effect scores were higher than those before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with maxillary anterior crown root fracture,improved crown lengthening combined with post-core crown restoration is an effective method to preserve teeth,which can improve aesthetics and functional satisfaction.
