老年女性尿失禁患者实施上门巡诊护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析老年女性尿失禁患者实施上门巡诊护理的效果。方法:选取2018年—2020年北京市房山区良乡社区卫生服务中心收治的老年女性尿失禁患者100例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)与观察组(n=50)。观察组接受上门巡诊护理,对照组接受常规门诊护理。比较两组患者症状自评量表(ICIQ-SF)评分、生活质量、护理质量。结果:护理6、12周,观察组ICIQ-SF评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理6、12周,观察组尿失禁生活质量问卷评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:上门巡诊护理可以有效缓解老年女性尿失禁患者症状,提升其生活质量,护理质量较高。Objective:To analyze the effect of home visit nursing for elderly female patients with urinary incontinence.Methods:From 2018 to 2020,100 elderly female patients with urinary incontinence admitted to Liangxiang District Community Health Service Center,Beijing were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The observation group received home visit nursing,and the control group received routine outpatient care.The symptom self-rating scale(ICIQ-SF)score,quality of life and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After 6 and 12 weeks of nursing care,the ICIQ-SF score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing for 6 and 12 weeks,the urinary incontinence quality of life questionnaire score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Home visit nursing can effectively alleviate the symptoms of elderly female patients with urinary incontinence,improve their quality of life,and the quality of nursing is high.
