摘  要:为有效地解决矿井通风系统中通风动力问题导致井下通风效果不佳的问题,调查分析了矿山通风系统中通风动力存在的一些共性问题以及通风动力系统影响因素,并总结提出了一系列通风动力系统优化方法。研究以某矿为实例,通过对该矿进行通风系统调查测定诊断,发现该矿存在主扇效率低、受自然风压影响等一系列通风动力问题。针对该矿井的现状建立Ventsim三维通风仿真模型,并运用Ventsim软件和通风动力优化理论对该矿山通风动力系统进行模拟分析与优化研究。结果表明,通过优化降低了矿井的摩擦风阻,控制了自然风压,增加了主扇回风量,且有效地解决了矿山1#箕斗井井筒冬季结冰、副井井底起雾和副井反风的问题,有效地改善了井下通风条件,保障了井下作业安全。The research is aimed at effectively solving the problem of poor underground ventilation effect due to ventilation power problems in mine ventilation system.For this purpose,it is necessary to investigate and analyze some common problems of ventilation power in mine ventilation system and the influencing factors of ventilation power system,as well as summarize and propose a series of ventilation power system optimization methods.In the research,taking a mine as an example,through the investigation and diagnosis of the ventilation system of the mine,it is found that a series of ventilation power problems such as low efficiency of the main fan of the mine and influence of natural wind pressure.According to the current situation of the mine,a three-dimensional simulation model of Ventsim was established.In such a way,Ventsim software and ventilation power optimization theory were applied to simulate,analysis and optimize the ventilation power system of the mine.Thus,the results show that by optimizing and reducing the mine coefficient of friction,controlling the natural wind pressure,increasing the return air volume of the main fan,and effectively solving the problems of winter ice in the wellbore of the mine No.1#skip shaft,fogging at the bottom of the sub-well and wind backwind,effectively improving the underground ventilation conditions and ensuring the safety of underground operations.
