摘 要:为改善催化重整装置能耗状态,达到降耗节能最佳效果,对催化重整装置能耗进行分析,依据占装置总能耗比例大小,能耗构成包括燃料消耗、蒸汽消耗、电力消耗等,其中加热炉燃料消耗占装置总能耗74%;能耗影响因素有原料组分及产品结构、氢油比及回流比、加热炉效率等。在某厂0.6 Mt/a催化重整装置节能改造中,采取加氢裂化重石脑油直供预加氢汽提塔、改变重石脑油加热源,选择高效换热设备等节能措施,使催化重整装置减少能耗4.06 kgoe/t。In order to improve the energy consumption state of catalytic reforming device and achieve the best effect of reducing consumption and energy conservation,the energy consumption of catalytic reforming device is analyzed.According to the proportion of total energy consumption of device,the energy consumption composition includes fuel consumption,steam consumption,power consump-tion and so on.Especially,the fuel consumption of heating furnace accounts for 74%of the total ener-gy consumption of device,and the influencing factors of energy consumption include raw material composition and product structure,hydrogen oil ratio and reflux ratio,heating furnace efficiency and so on.In the energy conservation reconstruction of a 0.6 Mt/a continuous reforming device in a plant,the energy conservation measures that contains direct supply of hydrocracking heavy naphtha to the pre-hydrotreating stripper,change in the heating source of heavy naphtha,and the selection of high-efficiency heat exchange equipment are taken,which makes energy conservation measures re-duce the energy consumption by 4.06 kgoe/t.
