摘  要:随着油田的持续开发,原油产量逐年递减,原油稳定装置的负荷低于设计处理量,原油换热器中原油流速降低,湍动程度差,传热效率下降。为达到工艺要求的温度,需要提高加热炉热负荷,这不仅增加了能源的消耗,且加热炉长期处于高负荷运行状态,易造成炉管的变形烧穿。通过应用连续螺旋折流板换热器,以及对管箱和小浮头盖的改造,将换热器由2管程改为4管程,减小了原油通量口径,提高了原油流速,传热系数提高了30%以上。改造后加热炉耗气每天减少约5000 m3,年可节约燃料气165×104 m3。With the continuous development of oilfields,the amount of crude oil is decreased year by year,and the load of crude oil stabilization device is lower than designed capacity.Especially,the flow rate of crude oil heat exchanger is decreased,the degree of turbulence is poor,and the heat trans-fer efficiency is decreased.In order to up to the temperature of process requirement,improving the heat load of heating furnace is necessary,which not only increases the energy consumption of energy,but causes the deformation and burning of the furnace tube when the heating furnace has been operated under high load for a long time.Through the application of continuous helical baffles heat exchanger and the transformation of tube box and small floating head cover,the heat exchanger is changed from 2 tube range to 4 tube range,which reduces calibre of crude oil flux,increases the velocity of crude oil,and improves the thermal transmittance by more than 30%.After the transformation,the gas 3 consumption of the heating furnace is reduced by about 5000 m per day,and the annual fuel gas can 43 be saved by 165×10 m.
