摘 要:游梁抽油机井A为某区块一口典型代表井,该区块为低产低渗油田,举升以游梁抽油机为主,为降低举升单耗,提高泵的充满程度,提高系统效率,通过对该井进行节能节点分析,最终选择以间抽作为其机采提效方式,通过对该井液面变化分析,采取五参数优化法,在不同的开发阶段,对该井实施了6次间抽优化工艺改造,确保了运行工况与节电效果的双重最优,通过抽油机井间抽制度的集中应用,最终形成了一套适用于该区块低产井的间抽管理方法,根据产液分级,制定出了不同参数条件下的间抽控制图板,确保了游梁抽油机井向高效举升的方向发展。The Well A of beam pumping well is a typical and representative well in a block,which is a low production and low permeability oilfield.The lifting is dominated by beam pumping unit.In order to reduce the single lift consumption,improve the filling degree of pump and system efficiency,by analyzing the energy conservation node of well,the interval pumping is finally selected as the meth-od of improving the efficiency of mechanical production well.Through the analysis of the fluid level change of well,the five-parameter optimization method is adopted,which makes the well in different development stages implement the transformation with six times interval pumping optimization to en-sure both optimal operating conditions and power saving effect.The centralized application of interval pumping system of pumping unit has resulted in a set of interval pump management method that is suit-able for low producing wells in this block.According to the production of liquid classification,the in-terval pumping control board is formulated under different parameters,which ensures the development of beam pumping well towards the direction of efficient lifting.
