摘  要:以推进三元复合驱提质提效为目标,通过分析地面系统配注工艺、设备的运行情况,统计评价配注系统生产运行费用及生产维护费用构成,找到各种费用的主要影响因素,提出成本控制的技术措施。各项技术措施实施后,节能效果显著,5 a累计节约建设投资2060万元,年节约聚合物干粉用量约8.3%,节约配制用水12.3%,节约人工成本270万元,节约酸洗费用15%。化学驱配注系统提质增效还需要及时调整地面建设工艺,并且要加强配注污水的水质治理工作,才能实现生产精益管控。In order to promote the quality and efficiency improvement of ASP flooding,by analyzing the operation of surface system injection distribution process and equipment,we statistically evaluate the composition of production and operation costs and production maintenance costs of injection distri-bution system,find the main influencing factors of various cost,and propose technical measures for cost control.After the implementation of various technical measures,energy conservation effects are significant.Over the past five years,the accumulated construction investment has been saved by 20.6 million yuan,the annual consumption of polymer dry powder has been saved by about 8.3%,the wa-ter savings in preparation have been 12.3%,the labor cost has been saved by 2.7 million yuan,and the pickling cost has been saved by 15%.the injection distribution system with chemical flooding to im-prove the quality and efficiency needs not only timely adjust the ground construction,but strengthens the water quality control of injection distribution wastewater,which achieves good production con-trol.
