摘　　要：布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎(BS)是全球性人畜共患感染性疾病,影像学对早期诊断、术前评价、评估疗效及随访等具有重要作用。国内多家医院相关专家根据国内外最新研究结果、结合自身经验共同制定本共识,旨在提升影像学诊断BS规范化水平。Brucella spondylitis(BS)is a global zoonotic infectious disease.Imaging monitoring plays an important role in early diagnosis,preoperative and therapeutic effect evaluation and follow-up of BS.According to the latest research data at home and abroad,considering clinical experiences and current situation,renowned experts from multiple hospitals across the country formulated this consensus,in order to standardize imaging diagnosis of BS.
