摘 要:以上海典型水源地为分析目标,探索危害分析和关键控制点(HACCP)体系在水源地管理中的应用过程。基于水源地现状描述、显著风险点和关键控制点识别、监控指标和关键限值的建立、纠偏措施的制定等步骤,阐述影响上海典型水源地主要风险和应对措施,结合两次具体应用案例和管理经验,给出HACCP体系在水源地管理中的应用建议。文章将HACCP体系创新应用在水源地管理中,同时为水源地精细化管理拓展了思路。Taking the typical water source in Shanghai as the analysis target,the application process of hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)system in water source management is explored.Based on the description of water source status,the identification of significant risk points and critical control points,the establishment of monitoring indices and critical limits,and the formulation of corrective measures,the main risks and countermeasures affecting typical water sources in Shanghai are expounded,and the application suggestions of HACCP system in water source management are given based on two specific application cases and management experience.This paper innovatively applies the HACCP system to the management of water sources,and expands the ideas for the refined management of water sources.
