摘  要:藻类暴发严重威胁到水质安全及水厂正常运行。研究以铜绿微囊藻为研究对象,系统研究了无机絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、硫酸铝(AS)、聚合硫酸铁(PFS)、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)、聚合硅酸铝铁(PSAF),以及PAC和有机高分子助凝剂壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)、聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDM)联用对藻类及浑浊度去除效果,进一步通过扫描电镜分析以及Zeta电位分析,探讨了PAC和PDM联合投加絮凝除藻的机理。研究结果表明,无机絮凝剂除藻除浊效果排序为铁铝复合絮凝剂>铝系絮凝剂>铁系絮凝剂;在水厂常用无机絮凝剂PAC基础上,投加有机助凝剂HTCC或PDM,均可使絮体粒径明显增大,除藻率可达到97.60%或96.90%,除浊率可达到94.90%或92.54%。综合考虑絮凝效果以及投加成本,建议采用PAC和PDM联合投加。PAC的絮凝机理主要为电中和,而PAC和PDM联合投加絮凝机理主要为电中和及吸附架桥作用。Algal blooms seriously threaten water quality safety and the daily operation of water treatment plants(WTPs).In this study,Microcystis aeruginosa was taken as the research object.The effect of inorganic flocculants polyaluminum chloride(PAC),aluminum sulfate(AS),polyferric sulfate(PFS),polyaluminum ferric chloride(PAFC),polyaluminum ferric silicate(PSAF)and the combined use of PAC and organic macromolecular coagulants chitosan quaternary ammonium salt(HTCC),polydimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride(PDM)on the removal of algae and turbidity were systematically investigated.Furthermore,the mechanism of flocculation by co-dosing of PAC and PDM was discussed by SEM and Zeta potential analysis.The results demonstrated that the order of the inorganic flocculant′s algae and turbidity removal efficiency was iron-aluminum composite flocculant>aluminum-based flocculant>iron-based flocculant.Furthermore,based on the inorganic flocculant PAC which was commonly used in WTPs,adding organic coagulant HTCC or PDM could significantly increase the particle size of the flocs.The algae removal rate could be increased to 97.60%or 96.90%,and the turbidity removal rate could be increased to 94.90%or 92.54%,respectively.Considering the flocculation effect and the dosing cost comprehensively,the co-dosing of PAC and PDM was recommended.The flocculation mechanism of PAC was mainly electric neutralization,while the co-dosing PAC and PDM was electric neutralization and adsorption bridging.
