摘  要:以模拟高盐含油废水为研究对象,筛选并构建耐盐石油烃降解菌群来强化废水的生化处理效果,将菌群应用于AAO-MBR工艺系统,分析工艺运行过程中水质的变化及其与溶解性微生物产物(soluble microbial products, SMP)之间的关系。结果表明,生物强化菌群的加入使原AAO-MBR污泥系统的CODCr去除率提高23.6%,TN去除率提高33.1%,污泥SMP中蛋白质/多糖由生物强化前Ⅰ、Ⅱ阶段的1.65降至生物强化后Ⅲ、Ⅳ阶段的0.81,多糖成为了污泥SMP的主要组成物质,系统的石油烃去除能力良好且出水各指标均可满足天津市《污水综合排放标准》(DB 12/356-2018)一级标准。Taking the simulated high-saline oily wastewater as the research object,the salt tolerant petroleum hydrocarbon degrading flora were screened and constructed to enhance the biochemical treatment effect of wastewater.The flora were applied to the AAO-MBR process system to analyze the changes of water quality during the process operation and its relationship with SMP.The results showed that the addition of bioaugmentation flora increased the CODCr removal rate of the original AAO-MBR sludge system by 23.6%and the TN removal rate by 33.1%.The value of protein/polysaccharide in sludge SMP decreased from 1.65 in stageⅠand Ⅱ before bioaugmentation to 0.81 in stageⅢandⅣafter bioaugmentation.Polysaccharide became the main component of sludge SMP.The petroleum hydrocarbon removal capacity of the system is good,and all indices of the effluent can meet the first classⅠcriteria of Tianjin Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 12/356-2018).
