摘 要:焊接温度场和应力变形模拟仿真在工程结构制造领域具有广泛的应用前景,特别是针对铝合金搅拌摩擦焊这类对型材结构强度有特殊要求的工艺,通过焊接过程模拟仿真评估结构瞬态应力和变形,进而实现结构设计的优化。该文采用顺序热力耦合的方法对搅拌摩擦焊过程进行研究,建立材料的有限元模型,同时结合焊接测温试验,调整模型相关参数,从而对模型进一步优化,实现对瞬态温度、应力的准确预测。结果表明,优化后的瞬态温度场结果与实测值误差控制在3%以内,且试验过程中型材结构未产生压溃。同时,通过焊接过程中瞬态应力和应变的仿真分析,实现对既定型材结构承载能力的评估,满足轻量化的设计要求,降低搅拌摩擦焊铝型材结构的设计验证成本。Simulation of welding process in temperature,stress and deformation has been widely applied in the field of manufacturing,such as aluminum alloy friction stir welding with special requirements in the strength of profile.In this way,structural transient stress and deformation could be evaluated in advance,which is helpful to realize the optimization of structural design.In this paper,sequentially coupled thermal-stress analysis is used to study the friction stir welding of aluminum profiles,and the finite element model is established.Meanwhile,combined with the measurement of welding temperature,the relevant parameters of the model are adjusted in order to optimize the model and realize the exact prediction of transient temperature and stress.The results show that the error between the optimized transient temperature field and the measured value is less than 3%,and the profile structure is not crushed during the test.At the same time,through the simulation analysis of transient stress and strain in the welding process,the evaluation of the bearing capacity of the given profile structure is realized,which meets the lightweight design requirements and reduces the design verification cost of friction stir welding aluminum profile structure.
