摘  要:针对周期信号失真度的测量,为了在降低电路硬件成本的同时保证较高的测量精度,采用自动增益控制电路对被测信号进行调理,使用MCU内部ADC对调理后的信号进行采样转换。为了突破ADC的最大采样速率对所分析信号的频率限制,提出实时采样与等效采样相结合的方法,从而实现对更宽频率范围的信号进行谐波分析。实验结果表明,该方法所测得的信号THD值相对误差小,测量过程简便,是一种高性价比的失真度测量方案。For the measurement of periodic signal distortion,in order to reduce the hardware cost of the circuit and ensure high measurement accuracy,the automatic gain control circuit is used to adjust the measured signal,and the ADC internal MCU is used to sample and convert the adjusted signal.In order to break through the frequency limit of the signal analyzed by the maximum sampling rate of ADC,a method of combining real-time sampling with equivalent sampling is proposed to realize harmonic analysis of the signal with a wider frequency range.The experimental results show that the relative error of the THD value of the signal measured by this method is small,and the measurement process is simple.It is a high cost performance distortion measurement scheme.
