摘  要:针对部分电气化铁路隧道衬砌无损检测结果准确性不高的问题,结合大量既有线电气化铁路隧道检测数据,探讨提高检测结果准确性的有效方法。结果表明:与其他检测方法相比,地质雷达法最成熟,能够快速、准确发现隧道衬砌中绝大部分隐蔽性病害,应坚持使用以地质雷达法为主,敲击排查法等为辅的方法开展隧道衬砌质量检测工作;应根据线路特点、检测目标,合理确定检测内容、检测方法及布置测线;采用梯车杠杆平台等现场检测方式可大量减少检测盲区,提高检测效率;应加强检测现场定位的准确度和专业处理技术,检测结果要客观公正、全面审慎。从这些方面严格落实,可大幅提高电气化铁路运营隧道衬砌质量无损检测结果的有效性。Aiming at the problem that the accuracy of non-destructive test results of some electric railway tunnel linings is not high,combining with a large number of existing electric railway tunnel test data,this paper discussed effective methods to improve the accuracy of test results.The results show that,compared with other detection methods,the geological radar method is the most mature and can quickly and accurately detect the vast majority of hidden diseases in tunnel lining.The use of geological radar method as the main method,supplemented by percussion inspection,to carry out tunnel lining quality inspection work should be adhered.We should reasonably determine the detection content,method,and layout of the measurement line based on the characteristics of the line and the detection target.The use of on-site inspection methods such as ladder and lever platforms can greatly reduce detection blind spots and improve efficiency.The accuracy and professional processing technology of on-site detection positioning should be strengthened.The presentation of test results must be objective,fair,comprehensive,and cautious.Strict implementation of these aspects can greatly improve the effectiveness of non-destructive test results of lining quality of electric railway operating tunnels.
