摘  要:针对素喷射混凝土强度低、韧性差、破坏呈脆性的特点,在混凝土中掺入了工程中常用的纤维,研究纤维对喷射混凝土抗折强度的影响并提出抗折强度发展公式,阐明了不同纤维对混凝土抗折强度的增强机理。结果表明:随着纤维掺量增大,混凝土抗折强度呈线性增长;相同体积掺量下,对抗折强度提高效果最好的是端钩型钢纤维,其次是波纹型钢纤维,最次为仿钢纤维;端钩型钢纤维有利于明显改善喷射混凝土的延性。In response to the characteristics of low strength,poor toughness,and brittle failure of plain shotcrete,commonly used fibers in engineering were added to the concrete.The influence of fibers on the flexural strength of shotcrete was studied,and a formula for the development of flexural strength was proposed.The strengthening mechanism of different fibers on the flexural strength of concrete was elucidated.The results show that as the fiber content increases,the flexural strength of concrete increases linearly.Under the same volume dosage,the end-hooked steel fiber has the best effect on improving flexural strength,followed by corrugated steel fiber,and then is imitation steel fiber.The end-hooked steel fiber is beneficial for significantly improving the ductility of shotcrete.
