基于科研课题的学科服务实践研究

摘　　要：随着互联网的快速发展及网络用户的增多,获取文献资源的渠道逐渐开始转向互联网,对高校图书馆学科服务带来强烈冲击。面对这种不利局势,高校图书馆亟须提高学科服务的针对性、有效性及专业性,以高水平服务重新回到客户视野。文章基于笔者在北京石油化工学院跟踪科研课题开展学科服务的经历,指出了科研课题服务由被动变为主动、服务定位与科研课题同步、服务团队高素质和服务内容个性化等特点,针对性建立了科研课题的学科服务策略,分享了服务过程中的注意事项。With the rapid development of the Internet and the increase of network users,the channels for obtaining literature resources gradually turn to the Internet,which brings a strong impact on the subject services of university libraries.In the face of this unfavorable situation,it is urgent for university libraries to improve the pertinence,effectiveness and professionalism of subject services,so as to return to the view of customers with high-level services.Based on the author’s experience of tracking scientific research projects in Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology,this paper points out that the service of scientific research subject has the characteristics of changing from passive to active,synchronizing the service positioning with the research subject,high-quality service team and personalized service content,and establishes the disciplinary service strategy of scientific research subject,and shares the points that need attention in the service process.
