摘  要:电网复杂多变的故障,要求继电保护装置均能可靠动作,给继电保护专业运维提出了挑战。本文分析了开关非全相运行跳位监视回路断开时对保护的影响,描述了一起220 kV保护重合过程中开关瞬时脱扣造成的三相不一致事件,详细分析了本体三相不一致保护、电气量保护装置的动作行为,阐述了开关非全相跳位监视回路断开对保护的影响,并提出了三相不一致保护和零序电流保护配合上的整改建议,对继电保护整定及运维人员具有参考意义。The complex and ever-changing faults in power grid require reliable operation of relay protection devices,which poses a challenge to the operation and maintenance of relay protection.The influences of breaker in non-full-phase status and TWJ in disconnected status on relay protection are analyzed in this paper.A three-phase inconsistency event caused by instantaneous tripping of a breaker during the reclosing process of a 220 kV protection is described,and the action behavior of the three-phase inconsistency protection and electrical quantity protection device are analyzed in detail.The influences of breaker in non-full-phase status and TWJ in disconnected status on relay protection are described.Modification suggestions for the coordination of three-phase inconsistency protection and zero sequence current protection are proposed,which has reference significance for relay protection setting and operation and maintenance personnel.
