摘  要:根据花庄页岩油钻井施工中的实际情况,分析了制约实现一趟钻技术的关键因素,据此进行井筒一体化提速技术研究,优化井身结构,采用螺杆、钻头与仪器等寿命设计理念,开展提速工艺工具一体化研选。在HY1-1HF井成功应用等寿命一趟钻技术,首次实现一开一趟钻,二开三趟钻,大幅提高了钻井速度,较同工区前最高机械钻速提高70.4%,最短工期缩短34.24%。According to the actual situation of the drilling operation in Huazhuang shale oil,the key factors restricting the application of one-trip drilling technology were analyzed.The research on integrated wellbore speed-up technology was carried out,the well structure was optimized,it was adopted the concept of equal life design of screw,drill bit,and instrument,and the integrated research and selection of speed-up process tools were carried out.In HY1-1HF well,the equal-life one-trip drilling technology was successfully applied to achieve the first one-trip drilling in the first-spud section and three-trip drilling in the second-spud section,which significantly improved the drilling speed,increasing the maximum penetration rate of drilling by 70.4%and shortening the minimum drilling cycle time by 34.24%compared with the same work area.
