摘 要:以实际使用的含有偏析带的贝氏体钢轨钢为研究对象,利用多功能摩擦磨损试验机研究贝氏体钢在不同偏析角度下腐蚀磨损性能和微观组织变化规律。控制磨损方向与成分偏析带夹角呈0°、45°以及90°,用以模拟列车直线段打滑以及曲线段晃车过程。结果表明:在45°时,腐蚀电位偏负,腐蚀电流较大,易发生腐蚀。在45°磨损时,磨损划过偏析界面,阻力较大,磨损较严重。当磨损载荷为90 N时,腐蚀磨损表面出现与偏析带走势方向一致的锈层。偏析带处较多的Cr能够促进α-FeOOH的形成,并提高锈层的致密度。Taking the bainitic rail steel compositional segregation band as the research object,the corrosion wear properties and microstructure changes of bainitic steel under different segregation angles were studied by using a multifunctional friction and wear tester.The different segregation is used to simulate the process of sliding,curve and shaking in the straight⁃line section of the train.The results show that at 45°,the segregation content is high,the corrosion potential is negative,the corrosion current is large,and corrosion is easy to occur.When the wear load is 90 N,the corrosion wear surface appears a rust layer consistent with the trend direction of segregation zone.More Cr elements in the segregation and can promote the formation ofα⁃FeOOH and increase the density of the rust layer.
