低碳视阈下新疆农业生产性服务对棉花生态效率的溢出效应研究

摘　　要：探究农业生产性服务对棉花生态效率的溢出效应,对推动新疆棉花高质量发展和实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。文章在考虑区域自然环境异质性的基础上,采用非期望产出的超效率SBM模型测度2009—2020年新疆42个棉花主产县生态效率,并采用空间杜宾模型和面板门槛模型验证农业生产性服务对棉花生态效率的空间效应和门槛特征。结果表明:(1)新疆棉花生态效率距离生产技术前沿面仍有提升空间;三大地理分区差异显著,北疆地区棉花生态效率较高、南疆和东疆地区较低;棉花生态效率呈现显著的空间集聚特征。(2)农业生产性服务对棉花生态效率具有显著的正向溢出效应,既提升本地区棉花生态效率也能提升邻近地区棉花生态效率。(3)农业生产性服务对棉花生态效率的影响存在单一门槛特征,且技术进步在两者之间具有较强的中介效应。基于研究结果,文章从坚持农业低碳生产理念,加强知识外溢作用,重视技术进步等角度提出促进新疆棉花高质量发展的对策建议。Exploring the spillover effect of agricultural productive services on the ecological efficiency of cotton is of great signifi⁃cance to promote the high-quality development of cotton in Xinjiang and achieving the goal of“double carbon”.On the basis of considering the heterogeneity of regional natural environment,this paper uses the super efficiency SBM model of unexpected output to measure the Ecological efficiency of 42 major cotton producing counties in Xinjiang from 2009 to 2020,and uses the spatial Durbin model and panel threshold model to verify the spatial effect and threshold characteristics of agricultural productive services on cotton ecological efficiency.The results are as follows.(1)There is still room for improvement for cotton ecological efficiency in the production technology frontier in Xinjiang.The cotton ecological efficiency in northern Xinjiang is higher than that in southern Xinjiang and eastern Xinjiang.The ecological efficiency of cotton presents a significant spatial agglomeration feature.(2)Agricultur⁃al productive services have a significant positive spillover effect on the ecological efficiency of cotton,which not only enhances the ecological efficiency of cotton in the local area but also in neighboring areas.(3)The impact of agricultural productive services on ecological efficiency of the cotton has a single threshold feature,and technological progress has a strong Mesomeric effect between the two.Thus the article proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of cotton in Xinjiang from the perspectives of adhering to the concept of low-carbon agricultural production,strengthening the role of knowledge spill⁃over,and boosting technological progress.
