摘 要:为了有效监控加热卷烟的水分活度(aw),选择可调激光传感器法,通过详细的样品制备和保存条件、测试条件及联合实验等方法学研究,建立了适用于加热卷烟aw测定的方法。结果表明:①该方法抗发烟剂和薄荷醇干扰,选择性好。②样品无需均质化处理,环境暴露的时间控制在1 min内,拆封后样品可在常温密闭条件下存放3 h,-18℃密闭条件下存放30 d,样品测定前需恢复至室温。③优选丝状样品量为0.8~1.0 g,颗粒状样品量为2.0~4.0 g,测定次数为2次,以2 min内aw变化值小于0.001作为读数终点。④7个代表性加热卷烟样品在5个实验室联合实验的重复性限(r)在0.0027~0.0061之间,再现性限(R)在0.0045~0.0155之间,应用于不同类型加热卷烟测试结果良好。To effectively monitor the water activity(aw)of heated tobacco products,a method for determining aw of heated tobacco products was developed using a tunable laser sensor.Detailed methodological studies were conducted based on sample preparations and storage conditions,test conditions,and collaborative experiments.The results showed that:1)The method could avoid the interference of atomization agents and menthol,and had good selectivity.2)Sample materials did not need to be homogenized,and the environmental exposure time should be controlled within 1 min.After unpacking,the samples could be stored for 3 h at room temperature or 30 d at-18℃under sealed conditions and needed to be returned to room temperature prior to testing.3)The optimized measurement conditions were as follows:the preferred sample mass 0.8-1.0 g for shredded sample and 2.0-4.0 g for granular sample,using an aw variation value of less than 0.001 within 2 min as the reading endpoint,and testing twice.4)When applied to different heated tobacco product materials,the measurement results were satisfactory with regard to repeatability limits(r)ranging from 0.0027 to 0.0061 and reproducibility limits(R)ranging from 0.0045 to 0.0155 on seven representative heated tobacco product samples in a five-laboratory collaborative experiment.
