摘 要:为了研究3种圆周卷烟在逐口抽吸过程中燃烧状态的变化情况,设计3种圆周卷烟(17、20、24 mm),测量卷烟逐口抽吸过程中温度特征参数(燃烧锥体积V0、最高温度T_(max)、特征温度T_(0.5)、体积平均温度T_(m))的变化,探讨卷烟燃烧锥燃烧状态之间的差异性。实验结果表明:①随着卷烟圆周的增加,卷烟燃烧锥体积增加,高温区域所占比例有所降低,而最高温T_(max)和体积平均温度T_(m)差异较小。②17和20 mm卷烟在逐口抽吸过程中,燃烧锥体积V0无显著变化,而24 mm卷烟的燃烧锥体积V0在第3口时达到最大,最高温度T_(max)没有显著变化;③20和24 mm圆周卷烟在逐口抽吸过程中,特征温度T_(0.5)和体积平均温度T_(m)整体呈下降趋势,而17 mm圆周卷烟在第4口左右有一个明显上升趋势;④卷烟温度特征参数的变化率在卷烟的整个抽吸过程中具有较好的一致性,表明造成卷烟逐口抽吸温度特征参数差异的原因主要是抽吸前卷烟燃烧状态的不同。In order to study the changes in the combustion states of cigarettes with different circumferences during puff-by-puff smoking,the samples of cigarettes with three circumferences(17,20,24 mm)were designed.The puff-by-puff temperature characteristic parameters(volume V0,maximum temperature T_(max),characteristic temperature T_(0.5),and volume-average temperature T_(m))of the combustion cone were determined under puff-by-puff smoking condition.The results showed that:1)As the cigarette circumference increased,the combustion cone volume increased,the proportion of high temperature area decreased,and the difference between T_(max) and T_(m) became smaller.2)During puff-by-puff smoking,the volume of the combustion cone of the 17 and 20 mm cigarettes did not change significantly,and that of the 24 mm cigarette reached its maximum in the third puff,but the maximum temperature did not change significantly.3)During puff-by-puff smoking,the characteristic temperature and volume-average temperature of the 20 and 24 mm cigarettes generally decreased,while those of the 17 mm cigarette showed a distinct upward trend around the fourth puff.4)The change rates of temperature characteristic parameters of the cigarettes were consistent during the whole smoking process.The results indicated that the main reason for the differences in puff-by-puff temperature characteristic parameters of cigarettes was the difference in the combustion state of cigarettes before puffing.
