摘 要:调查2019年第9号超强台风“利奇马”期间丽水市暴雨、洪水以及灾情统计情况,对丽水市各代表站暴雨情况、江河控制站的洪水情况和重现期进行详细的分析和阐述。结果表明:调查区域地形特殊,流域内防洪工程设防标准低,河道被挤占严重,再加上受本次台风带来的暴雨洪水,导致了水利设施受损严重。并提出要加强防灾减灾建设,提高洪水监测预报预警能力和水平等可行性建议。In this paper,the rainstorm,flood and disaster statistics of Lishui city during the No.9 super typhoon“Lekima”in 2019 were investigated in detail,and the rainstorm situation of each representative station in Lishui city,flood situation and recurrence period of river control station were analyzed and described in detail.Results show that the topography of the investigated area was special,the standard of flood control project was low,the river channels were seriously occupied,and the rainstorm and flood caused by the typhoon caused serious damage to water conservancy facilities there.Some feasible suggestions are proposed that the flood control and disaster mitigation should be strengthened,and the flood monitoring and disaster warning capacity should be improved.
