摘 要:对提高新能源高占比送端电网接入能力的特高压直流落点方案及措施开展了研究,并以清洁能源资源丰富的陕西电网为实际算例,基于“十四五”期间陕西电网规划新增数条特高压直流输电,并且陕北送端电网交流网架也得到了加强,从电力电量平衡、潮流和电压分布、短路电流、安全稳定、资源分布、接入条件和工程量等多方面对新增特高压直流的落点方案进行了综合技术经济比较,提出了工程建设时序等相关建议。针对特高压直流配套新能源比例较高的接入难题,提出了提升新能源接入能力的具体措施。The UHVDC drop point scheme which is to improve the access capacity of the transmission terminal grid with a high proportion of the new energy and measures is studied,and takes the Shaanxi Provincial Company which is rich in clean energy resources as a practical example.Based on the fact that several UHVDC transmission lines are planned to be added by the Shaanxi Provincial Company during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and the AC grid structure of the northern Shaanxi power grid has also been strengthened,this paper makes a comprehensive technical and economic comparison of the new UHVDC drop point scheme from the aspects of power quantity balance,power flow and voltage distribution,short circuit current,security and stability,resource distribution and access conditions and engineering quantity,etc.In view of the access problem of UHVDC with a high proportion of new energy,this paper put forward specific measures to improve the access capacity of new energy.
