摘 要:提出一种多微电网系统能量共享的公共储能站两阶段鲁棒优化模型。首先从不同时间尺度的角度建立储能电站-冷热电多微电网系统双层规划模型;其次,考虑到冷热电微电网系统中的风光出力不确定性对规划模型的影响,建立了min-max-min结构的两阶段鲁棒优化模型,得到最恶劣场景下运行成本最低的调度方案。模型中考虑了储能、分布式电源等的运行约束和协调控制,并引入了不确定性调节参数,可灵活调整调度方案的保守性。基于列约束生成算法和强对偶理论,可将原问题分解为具有混合整数线性特征的主问题和子问题并进行交替求解,从而得到原问题的最优解。最后通过算例分析验证所提模型的合理性和有效性。A two-stage robust optimization model of public energy storage station with energy sharing of multimicrogrid system is proposed.Firstly,a two-stage planning model of energy storage plant-cold and thermal power multi-microgrid system is established from the perspective of different time scales;secondly,a two-stage robust optimization model with min-max-min structure is established considering the impact of wind and light output uncertainty in the cold and thermal power microgrid system on the planning model,which can obtain the scheduling scheme with the lowest operating cost under the worst scenario.The model takes into account the operational constraints and coordinated control of energy storage and distributed power sources and introduces uncertainty adjustment parameters to flexibly adjust the conservativeness of the scheduling scheme.Based on the column constraint generation algorithm and the strong dual theory,the original problem can be decomposed into a major problem with mixed integer linear characteristics and a sub-problem to be solved alternately,to obtain the optimal solution of the original problem.Finally,the rationality and validity of the proposed model are verified through the analysis of arithmetic cases.
