摘  要:某电站循泵在国内核电站首次应用了变频调速技术,系统配置为变频器加工频旁路开关,因此循泵有工频运行和变频运行两种工作模式。两种模式之间的切换原设计为停泵切换,导致循泵系统运行可靠性下降,且无法根据季节性海水温度在线切换为较经济的运行模式。经过详细分析循泵电动机剩磁电压、循环水流量及系统保护配置等因素对循泵电源在线切换的影响,对电站进行了循泵工频、变频在线相互切换技术研究及改进,并在工程实践中实施及验证该技术的应用对后期工程循泵设计及商运机组循泵改造有着重要的参考意义。The circulating pump of a certain power plant has applied frequency conversion speed regulation technology for the first time in domestic nuclear power station,and the system is configured with a frequency converter processing frequency bypass switch.Therefore,the circulation pump has two operating modes:power frequency operation and frequency conversion operation.The switch between the two modes was originally designed as pump shutdown switch,resulting in a decrease in the reliability of the circulation pump system operation and the inability to switch to a more economical operating mode online based on seasonal seawater temperature.After a detailed analysis of the impact of factors such as residual magnetic voltage of the circulating pump motor,circulating water flow rate,and system protection configuration on the online switching of the circulating pump power supply,the power station has conducted research and improvement on the online mutual switching technology of the circulating pump power frequency and frequency conversion,and implemented and verified it in engineering practice.The application of this technology has important reference significance for the design of the circulating pump in later engineering and the transformation of the circulating pump in commercial units.
