摘  要:结合“双碳”政策和长期的实践与摸索,总结提出低碳化电气设计主要由低碳化电气系统设计和低碳化电器设备选型两个方面组成。详细介绍了水厂低碳化电气设计方案的过程及各个设计环节的具体做法,低碳化电气系统设计以供配电系统为基点,融合了电能质量治理、光伏发电系统、电动机节能优化、智能照明系统和智能配电系统等低碳化解决方案;结合工程特点、经济概算及市场情况等综合因素,在10 kV环网柜、变压器和照明灯具等电器设备的选型方面做了更多低碳化的考量,并对其融合应用产生的效益进行了碳减排的预估。Based on the dual carbon policy and long-term practice and exploration,it is concluded that the low carbon electrical design mainly consists of low carbon electrical system design and low carbon electrical equipment selection.The process of the low carbon electrical design scheme of the water plant in detail and the specific practices of each design link is imtroduced:the low carbon electrical system design is based on the power supply and distribution system,integrating the low carbon solutions such as power quality control,photovoltaic power generation system,motor energy saving optimization,intelligent lighting system and intelligent power distribution system;In combination with the project characteristics,economic budget estimates,market conditions and other comprehensive factors,more low-carbon considerations have been taken in the selection of 10kV ring main unit,transformer,lighting fixtures and other electrical equipment,and carbon emission reduction estimates have been made for the benefits of their integration and application.
