摘　　要：随着社会的不断发展,大学毕业生人数的逐年增涨,大学生就业形势越来越严峻,求职市场的竞争日益激烈,面对这种形势,大学生创新创业教育愈加重要,该文通过问卷调查和文献研究法探讨大学生创新创业教育对其就业竞争力的影响,研究结果表明,大学生创新创业教育对于就业竞争力有着显著的促进作用。首先,创新创业教育能够培养大学生创新创业的意识和能力,这对于提高大学生的就业竞争力来说是非常重要的。其次,创新创业教育能够帮助大学生提高大学生的自我管理、专业运用、创新思维、团队协作、沟通协调和主动学习等方面的能力,这些能力能够使得大学生更加适应不断变化的市场需求,从而提高大学生的就业竞争力。With the continuous development of society and the increasing number of college graduates,the employment situation for college students is becoming increasingly severe,and the competition in the job market is becoming increasingly fierce.Faced with this situation,innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students is becoming increasingly important.This article explores the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students on their employment competitiveness through questionnaire surveys and literature research methods.The research results show that:,Innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students has a significant promoting effect on employment competitiveness.Firstly,innovation and entrepreneurship education can cultivate the awareness and ability of college students in innovation and entrepreneurship,which is very important for improving their employment competitiveness.Secondly,innovation and entrepreneurship education can help college students improve their abilities in self-management,professional application,innovative thinking,teamwork,communication and coordination,and active learning.These abilities can help college students better adapt to the constantly changing market demands,thereby improving their employment competitiveness.
