摘 要:为提高陶瓷柱塞的减摩性能,延长柱塞在干摩擦条件下的使用寿命,采用飞秒激光加工技术在氧化锆陶瓷试样表面加工出不同形状、面积占有率和深度的微凹坑织构,通过球盘摩擦试验机进行单因素试验,测试分析了凹坑织构参数对氧化锆陶瓷摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,在干摩擦条件下不同织构参数对摩擦系数的影响程度不同,其中面积占有率的影响较大,凹坑形状的影响较小;只有合理的复合织构参数才能使其展现出较好的减摩性能;在试验条件下,深度为60μm、面积占有率为10%时,氧化锆陶瓷试样的摩擦系数最低。In order to improve the antifriction performance of the ceramic plunger and prolong the service life of the plunger under dry friction conditions,the femtosecond laser processing technology was used to process micro pit textures of different shapes,area occupancy and depth on the surface of zirconia ceramic samples.Single factor tests were conducted on a ball disk friction tester to test and analyze the influence of pit texture parameters on the friction performance of zirconia ceramics.The results show that under the dry friction condition,different texture parameters have different effects on the friction coefficient,in which the influence of area occupancy is greater than that of pit shape;Only reasonable composite texture parameters can make it exhibit better antifriction performance;Under the test conditions in this paper,when the depth is 60μm and the area occupancy is 10%,the friction coefficient of zirconia ceramic sample is the lowest.
