摘 要:针对某高精度转台的锁紧要求,通过结构仿真与实验研究,设计出一种基于径向摩擦的单体常闭式精密锁紧器。首先,通过仿真分析确定弧形环腔结构和铝合金材料为锁紧器的优选材料与构型;然后,对锁紧器的性能进行了仿真分析,锁紧器工作时的径向变形大于5μm,最大锁紧力矩可达174 N·m,最大疲劳寿命超100万次,具有较好的抗冲击载荷能力;最后,对锁紧器开展变形实验,实测变形量与仿真结果的偏差在7%以内。所设计的单体常闭式精密锁紧器功能可行,使用性能和可靠性良好,在精密、超精密领域具有广泛应用前景。According to the locking requirements of a high-precision turntable,a single structure normally closed precision locking device based on radial friction was designed through structural simulation and experimental research.Firstly,structure of arc-shaped annular cavity and aluminum alloy were selected as the optimal material and configuration of the locking device through simulation analysis.Then,the performance of the locking device was simulated and analyzed.When the locking device works,the radial deformation is greater than 5μm,the maximμm locking torque of it is 174 N·m,the maximμm fatigue life of which is more than 1 million times,and the locking device has good impact load resistance capability.Finally,the deformation experiment of the locking device was carried out,and the deviation between the measured deformation and the simulation results was within 7%.In conclusion,the normally closed precision locking device proposed in this paper has feasible functions,good performance and reliability,and has broad application prospects in precision or ultra-precision shafts.
