摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区世界级城市群建设需要机场群作为支撑,机场群建设需要粤港澳三地紧密合作。当前,五大机场进行大量跨区域合作治理探索和机制创新,但是“有限合作的竞争”与“有限竞争的合作”之间难以平衡。SFIC模型分析视角有助于探究五大机场协同治理的现实困境,在此基础上,通过夯实大湾区机场群资源对接的协同基础、深化催化充分的组织领导作用、锚定协同治理适恰目标的制度设计、提升共商共建共享协同过程有效性、建立健全协同效果评估和反馈创新机制等,可以提升粤港澳大湾区机场群协同治理的全面性和科学性,更好地服务粤港澳大湾区世界级城市群建设。The construction of world-class city clusters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area requires the support of airport clusters,which require close cooperation among Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao.Currently,the five major airports are conducting extensive cross regional cooperative governance exploration and mechanism innovation,but it is difficult to balance"limited cooperation competition"and"limited competition cooperation".The analysis perspective of the SFIC model helps to explore the practical difficulties of collaborative governance at the five major airports.Based on this,by consolidating the collaborative foundation of resource integration at the Greater Bay Area airport cluster,deepening the organizational leadership role with sufficient catalysis,designing institutional frameworks to anchor appropriate goals for collaborative governance,improving the effectiveness of collaborative processes for consultation,co-construction,and sharing,and establishing and improving collaborative effect evaluation and feedback innovation mechanisms,etc,it can enhance the comprehensiveness and scientificity of the coordinated governance of the airport cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and better serve the construction of world-class city clusters in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
