摘 要:为研究进气方式与桨型对动物细胞搅拌反应器性能的影响,采用经过PIV(粒子图像测速法)实验验证的CFD模型进行数值模拟。首先对动物细胞搅拌釜中3种不同进气方式的模拟结果进行了多角度分析,结果表明:环形分布器比单孔进气的Kolmogorov尺寸分布更优气含率更高。之后在此基础上对比了5组桨型在同功率输入下的性能,结果表明,翼型桨比大象耳桨最大剪切力低15%左右,且其Kolmogorov尺寸分布、气含率和混合时间均更优。最后,通过对SF9细胞的培养实验发现,在其他条件影响很小的情况下,最大剪切力更低的翼型桨的细胞密度比大象耳桨高10.1%。说明SF9细胞对最大剪切力比较敏感且翼型桨更适于动物细胞培养。To explore the influence of aerated method and impeller type on the performance of stirred bioreactor,the CFD model verified by PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry)experiment was used for numerical simulation.Firstly,it carries out multi-dimensional analysis to the simulation results of three different aerated methods in stirred bioreactor.The results show that the annular distributor has better Kolmogorov size distribution and higher gas holdup than the single-hole inlet.Then,on this basis,the performance of five groups of impellers is compared under the same power input.The results show that the maximum shear force of hydrofoil impeller is about 15%lower than that of large elephant-ear impeller,and its Kolmogorov size distribution,gas holdup and mixing time are better.Finally,from the culture experiment of SF9 cells,it exposes that the cell density of hydrofoil impeller with lower maximum shear force is 10.1%higher than that of large elephant-ear impeller under the condition that other conditions has little influence.It indicates that SF9 cells are sensitive to the maximum shear force and hydrofoil impeller is more suitable for animal cell culture.
